Service Description
We specialize in creating unforgettable experiences for special events, corporate gatherings, private celebrations and more across DC, Maryland and Virginia. Our Service Includes: • Professional and certified bartender in uniform • Luxe White Mobile Bar (5ft long x 3.5 ft. tall) • Local travel • Setup & cleanup • Bar tools: Ice scoops, bottle openers, shaker set, garnish tools • Basic garnish prep (dehydrated limes, pineapple fronds, cherries) • Cooler & ice bin • Speciality cocktail consultation, beer/wine service, non-alcoholic drinks • Basic Mixers (cranberry, soda water, sour mix, lime juice, simple syrup, angostura bitters and old fashioned garnishes) • Custom cocktail menu signage with selected Signature Cocktails, framed and displayed on bar Alcohol is provided by the host due to local liquor laws for mobile bartenders, but we’re happy to send you a customized shopping list with recommended quantities to make it stress-free! * Price may vary based on guest count, beverage type service, and any specific add-on services requested
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy – Mixed in Motion Booking Policy - A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. - Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon. - Dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received and Mixed in Motion has confirmed deposit received. - We accept payment via credit card, cash, Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer. Cancellation Policy - If you cancel 15 days or more before your event, you will only forfeit the 30% deposit. - If you cancel 7–14 days before the event, 50% of the total booking is non-refundable. - Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable in full, as staffing and supply commitments have already been made. - We understand emergencies happen, if you need to cancel due to extreme weather, illness, or unforeseen venue issues, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule your event one time, with at least 14 days’ notice, without losing your deposit. - Rescheduled events must occur within 6 months of the original date. Waitlist Policy - If your preferred date is fully booked, we’ll gladly add you to our waitlist. - If availability opens, we will contact clients in the order received. - Clients on the waitlist are not guaranteed a spot unless a cancellation occurs. Late Payment Policy - If final payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be subject to automatic cancellation and your deposit forfeited. - Mixed in Motion mobile bartending services may not be guaranteed for your event date if invoices are not paid on time.
